**Unlike other agencies, we DO NOT charge management fees during the first month of tenancy.  For example: Most other agencies ask for a registration fee of between £50-£100.  Then, when a tenant is found they charge in the region of 25%-50% marketing fee as  well as their normal management fee. This means that landlords receive very little of the first months rent. With our agency, the process is as follows: Tenant found for property, vetted, and moved in, we charge £150 flat fee during the first month, during the second month you would pay 12% management fee of the rental value.**

NEW SERVICE - To Let/May Sell

In response to recent market conditions, we have introduced a new service entitled, To Let/May Sell.  This service allows homeowners the flexibilty to advertise their property on both basis, maximising the potential of their property, while minimising the vacancy time/loss of income which is commonly being experienced in the present market.  Should your property sell rather than let, or, as in some cases, let and then sell to the tenants, we charge £699, upon completion of sale.  Please speak to a member of staff for more details.


Tenants – We do our very best to place all of our prospective tenants in to the perfect property for their needs, after all it is going to be your home.

Reserving a Property

If you come along to see one of our properties, and wish to proceed, a £100 non refundable deposit and referencing fee must be paid, along with a completed tenant application form returned to our offices.  This holds the property off of the open market for 5 working days.

Security Deposit

At the end of the 5 working days, the rest of the deposit must be paid, this is equivalent to 4 weeks rent minus the £100 reservation fee.

Referencing Fee

Our current referencing fees are as follows:

  1. Individual            £90
  2. Couple               £120
  3. International       £120
  4. Guarantor          Free of Charge
