Privacy Policy: We do not store Customer Bank Details IE Credit Card or Bank Card information. We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the misuse or alteration of your personal information. We will store all personal information you provide on our secure servers. All electronic payments you make, or recieve from us will be encrypted. Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet. All refunds are subject to our normal Terms of Business which will be supplied to all those making transactions with our company. You can request a copy of our Terms of Business at any time. Cancellation Policy: For full Terms and Conditions, please see our Terms of Business, contact a member of staff to obtain a copy, either by post, fax, or email. As detailed on our Lettings Page, we take a £100 deposit to hold any of our properties for 5 working days. This part deposit is NOT refundable. Should a client decide to not proceed with the property, these funds will be used to remarket the property on behalf of the landlord. Remaining deposit funds will be held in a separate account. At the end of the tenancy, deposit funds, minus any deductions for damage caused by the tenant during thier tenancy will be reufunded, by cheque within 10 working days. All rent payments paid during an active tenancy will NOT be refunded. |
